IPPL has been created from the very best industry experts, headed up by Andrew Jones, Group Acquisitions Director.
The team has more than 50 years of industry related experience across a number different property related sectors and realised that they could utilise their combined skills to identify, negotiate and secure ground breaking discounts on distressed properties with developers and financial institutions and pass these on to their select client base.
The creation of a service-led product allows for significant flexibility for clients to build a high yielding residential portfolio over time and take advantage of current values within the market place. Whilst virtually all forms of pension have been decimated in the last year, property retains a core value whilst also providing income. An even greater upside will be capital appreciation over the next 5-10 years. Remember, household formations are increasing, build rates are decreasing.
Andrew Jones was previously a Partner at Knight Frank and before that, Operations Director for the CBRE Richard Ellis and Hamptons International joint venture.
