Fee based service where we build a portfolio of 5 distressed properties for a customer with up to £125,000 instant equity* based on an average property value of £100,000. Each property is cash-flow positive after paying the mortgage. 

Service includes:

  • Management of the whole process from negotiating and securing each property, through to obtaining the mortgage and support with finding tenants (72% already tenanted)
  • Choice of new build and second hand properties
  • Dedicated Portfolio Manager who works with a customer until the portfolio has been built
  • Excellent discounts off RICS valuations.  Property sourcing team is currently finding properties between 25% and 39% discount
  • £125,000 potential instant profit/equity*

Cost of the service:

£47,000 for a freedom portfolio of 5 properties. This includes all costs except closing costs. NB: customers are advised to allocate approximately £1,800 in closing costs per property.
